LEF adopts a structured set of management systems and organizational models to support its operations, with the aim of ensuring reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
These tools represent a fundamental element of how we operate: not only compliance safeguards, but concrete levers to enhance service quality, protect people, and ensure the integrity of processes.
This section outlines the key frameworks that guide the organization:
- the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, integrated with the Code of Ethics and the Whistleblowing system, ensuring the principles of integrity, accountability, and risk prevention;
- the Quality Management System, certified in accordance with the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001, guiding the delivery of our services through certified standards and continuous improvement principles;
- the Gender Equality System, certified under UNI/PdR 125, aimed at fostering an inclusive, fair, and people-centered working environment.
